Located in front of the Higashi Ward Office in Okayama City, this well-maintained park is recommended for families with children.

There is a grassy park surrounded by trees, including large playground equipment for children to play on.
There is also a library on site.
On days when the weather is nice, it's a good idea to bring a bento and eat it on the lawn as if it were a picnic.
