This is a popular botanical garden located in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, with flowers and greenery spread over a vast area.

In the park, seasonal flowers such as tulips, dahlias, and roses are in full bloom. There are also Dutch-style windmills and a bird sanctuary where you can observe seasonal wild birds.
