This is an observation deck located in Kirifuri Kogen Kirifuri Kogen Kisugedaira Park. Located at an altitude of 1,375m, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Kanto Plain and the Nikko Mountain Range.

The altitude is 1,300m to 1,600m, and there are stairs (1,445 steps) to the observatory. Lift has been discontinued.

From the observatory, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Kanto Plain and the Nikko mountain range. On clear days, you can see Mt.Fuji and Tokyo Skytree.

From April to June, you can see dogtooth violets and azaleas.
