This valley is located upstream of the Niyodo River, a first-class river in Shikoku that boasts the highest water quality in Japan, and has surprisingly clean water.

Nakatsu Valley is famous for its highly transparent water, and when the sun shines through it, you can enjoy the ``Niyodo Blue'' color, which shines in an emerald green color.

In addition, there are many scenic spots such as Uryu Falls and Ryugubuchi, and you can enjoy the nature of each season. Autumn is also a famous place for autumn leaves.

In Nakatsu Valley, you can enjoy various activities such as hiking, camping, and playing in the river.
