Yamaroku Soy Sauce is a popular soy sauce brewery located on Shodoshima that has been in business for about 150 years.

We sell carefully selected soy sauces such as "Tsurubishio'', which has a deep richness and mellow taste that is brewed twice over four years.

Soy sauce ice cream and soy sauce pudding are also popular.

You can also experience a moromi brewery tour. When visiting Moromigura, we ask that you do not eat natto beforehand. Bacillus natto is not good for making soy sauce.
