The Kagawa Prefectural Museum is located in Takamatsu City and exhibits history and art mainly from the surrounding area.

In addition to exhibiting history and art, we also focus on popularization and educational activities.

The museum consists of a history exhibition room, an art exhibition room, a special exhibition room, a museum shop, and a cafeteria.

The history exhibition room features exhibits related to the history and culture of Kagawa Prefecture.

Exhibits include excavated artifacts, paintings, sculptures, and crafts from the Jomon period to the present day.
