Tamaseiya is a Ohagi specialty store located in Nihonbashi, Chuo Ward, Osaka City. Founded in 1899, it is known as a long-established store.
Tamaseiya's ohagi comes in only three types: Tsubuan, Koshian, and Soybean flour, and they are made to order, so you can always enjoy freshly made ohagi. Ohagi doesn't use any extra ingredients, and has a simple taste made with only sticky rice, red bean paste, soybean flour, and sugar. It is very popular among men and women of all ages because of its gentle taste that you will never get tired of.
