The confectionery is made with Izumo's Deishi ginger and refined white sugar, which creates a simple and harmonious taste of spiciness and sweetness.

They still adhere to the same traditional charcoal-grilled method since its establishment. The shop was destroyed by a fire in the Meiji era, but it was rebuilt during the same era and has a history of 140 years.
