Horyuji is a temple related to Prince Shotoku, located in Ikaruga-cho, Ikoma-gun, Nara Prefecture. It is one of the oldest existing wooden buildings in the world and is registered as a World Heritage Site.
Horyuji Temple is said to have been built by Prince Shotoku in the 15th year of Emperor Suiko (607). At the time of its foundation, it was called Ikaruga-ji Temple, but later changed its name to Horyu-ji Temple.

In the precincts of Horyuji Temple, there are many historical buildings such as the five-storied pagoda, the main hall, and the Yumedono hall. In addition, various Buddha statues such as Shaka Nyorai, Yakushi Nyorai, and Amida Nyorai are enshrined in the precincts.

There is no dedicated parking lot for Horyuji Temple, so private parking lots such as parking lots are used.
