It is the Iyo-no-kuni Ichinomiya shrine, and is the headquarters of Mishima Shrine and Oyamazumi Shrine nationwide.

It is located on Omishima Island where the Shinamami Highway passes.
It is one of Ehime Prefecture's leading power spots.
In the precincts, there is a large camphor tree that is said to be over 1,000 years old, and some withered trees are said to be 3,000 years old.

Many national treasures and important cultural properties are displayed in the treasure hall.
