It is a popular beach in Setoda on the Shimanami Kaido that has been selected as one of the 88 best beaches in Japan.
It is also famous for its beautiful sunset over the Seto Inland Sea.

You can also experience sea kayaking, rent a bicycle, camp, and have a barbecue.

There is also an outdoor stage that can be used for concerts, etc., and can be rented for a fee.

The sea water is more beautiful at "Kenmin no Hama Beach" on Kamikamagari Island, Kure City.
