This is a Tofu Chikuwa shop made by a long-established store that has been in business for over 150 years and is a specialty of Tottori.
"Tofu Chikuha" contains 70% tofu and 30% fish paste. It is said that this product was born from the spirit of frugality and thrift in the Edo period.
There are many different types of "chikuwa". Tasting is also possible.

It is located along National Route 54 heading from Okayama Prefecture to Tottori City. Nearby is the Tottori Minami IC on the Tottori Expressway (free section). It's close to the IC, so I think it's a good idea to stop by after getting off the highway.
