The total length of the course is about 3.7km, and the sightseeing time is about 50 minutes. The buratto course is 30 minutes. Regular flights depart every 15 minutes (every 20 minutes in winter).

The buratto course leaves from the Fureai Hiroba boarding area.

For the full course, you can get on and off at the Otemae Hiroba and Karankoron Hiroba boarding points near Matsue Castle.

For parking, use public or private parking lots. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, a part of the prefectural office is open free of charge as a "hospitality parking lot".
