It is an observation tower built in the center of Shinsekai in Naniwa Ward, Osaka City. The Showa era.
After the first Tsutenkaku was built in 1912, the second Tsutenkaku was rebuilt in 1956. It became a registered tangible cultural property on May 15, 2007. The official character is "Billiken". Known as Osaka's tourist attraction and symbol tower.

From the observatory with a height of 103m (currently 108m), you can overlook the city of Osaka.
