Rausu Onsen Kuma no Yu is a free open-air bath located in Shiretoko National Park in Rausu Town, Hokkaido. The open-air bath on the banks of the Rausu River, surrounded by virgin forest, has an open feel and allows you to enjoy the different expressions of the Shiretoko forest each season. Separate for men and women.
Kumanoyu is a hot spring that has been around since the Meiji era, and was used by local fishermen as a place to soothe their daily fatigue. Currently, it is a popular spot where secret hot spring fans gather from all over the country.
It is also used by many guests from nearby campgrounds and locals.

The spring quality of Kuma-no-Yu is a sulfur-containing sodium chloride spring, which is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, and skin diseases.

Kuma-no-Yu can be used 24 hours a day, and there is no bathing fee. However, cleaning is carried out by local volunteers. Also, please be respectful when bathing.
