Abe Monju-in (Abe Monju-in) is a Kegon sect temple located in Sakurai City.
It is said to have been founded in the first year of Taika (645).
The wooden lion Manjusri Bodhisattva has been designated as a national treasure.

The Manjusri Bosatsu statue is said to be the work of Kaikei, a Buddhist sculptor from the early Kamakura period. At approximately 7 meters in height, it is the largest wooden carved lion statue of Manjusri Bodhisattva in Japan.
