They are a Japanese confectionery shop famous for their Dorayaki, founded in 1620 during the early Edo period. They use carefully selected Hokkaido red beans for the sweet bean paste inside the Dorayaki. In addition to Dorayaki, they also offer other confectionery items such as roll cakes, Mont Blanc, lemon cakes, and Hassaku Daifuku. Their products can also be purchased at "Sansute" in Fukuyama Station and at the Fukuyama Service Area (uphill) on the Sanyo Expressway.
