Umeda Sky Building Kuchu Teien Observatory is an observation deck located on the 39th to 40th floors of the Umeda Sky Building in Kita Ward, Osaka City. It is popular as a scenic spot with a panoramic view of Osaka city.
The Sky Building Observation Deck is an indoor observation deck where you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view. You can see not only Osaka city but also Mt. Rokko and Awaji Island in the distance.

Hanging Garden is an outdoor observation deck. If the weather is good, you can see Osaka Bay and Kyoto City. In addition, the hanging garden has a lawn square and a fountain square, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

If you want to enjoy the night view of Osaka at a low price, we also recommend the nearby HEP FIVE Ferris wheel.
