Enasuya is a long-established store of chestnut kinton with its main store in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture. The company was founded in 1764 (first year of Meiwa) in the middle of the Edo period.

Enasuya's Kurikinton is made using only Tanba chestnuts using a traditional method. It is characterized by a luxurious taste that condenses the umami and sweetness of chestnuts.

Enasuya's chestnut kinton has won a gold medal at the National Confectionery Expo, and its taste is highly acclaimed. It is also loved by many people as a local sweet of Gifu Prefecture.

The garden with the symbolic Ena stone that can be seen from the coffee shop is beautiful.
