This is a temporary SL rapid train that runs one round trip on weekends. The atmosphere is good, but the smell of coal smoke is impressive.
Between Shin-Yamaguchi Station and Tsuwano Station, there is one round-trip service per day on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from March to November and during the busy season.
All seats are reserved and can be purchased from one month in advance at JR Midori no Madoguchi.
