Seiryu-ji Temple is a temple of the Toyoyama School of Shingon Buddhism located in Usa Town, Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture. It is the 36th temple of Shikoku 88 temples.
Seiryu-ji Temple is said to have been founded by Kobo Daishi during the Konin era (810-824). It is said that Daishi encountered a storm when he entered the Tang dynasty, and that Namikiri Fudo Myo-o appeared in this area and saved the ship. In gratitude, Daishi is said to have built a temple on this site and enshrined Namikiri Fudo Myo-o as the principal image of worship.

The Yokonami Kuroshio Line Road runs nearby.
