Okazaki Castle, the castle of Tokugawa Ieyasu

Tokugawa Ieyasu was born at Okazaki Castle.
The original Okazaki Castle was destroyed in the Meiji period, and was reconstructed in 1959 using reinforced concrete.

While there is an admission fee for the castle tower and the Tokugawa Ieyasu residence, visitors can enter the castle grounds for free.
