Yokokuraji is also called "Mino's Shosoin" because there are many important cultural properties of the country, including the Yakushi Nyorai, the principal image.
The highlights of Yokozoji Temple are many important cultural properties, such as the main hall, three-storied pagoda, and the kitchen. The main hall was rebuilt in the early 17th century and has a gabled roof with a cypress bark roof. The three-storied pagoda was rebuilt in the mid-17th century and is a 17-meter-tall hall. The Kuri was rebuilt in the middle of the 17th century and retains the architectural style of the Edo period.

In autumn, it is also a famous spot for autumn leaves.
