Miyaura Gallery Rokku is one of the venues for the Setouchi Triennale on Naoshima.
Opened in 2013, artist Motoyuki Shitamichi researches, collects, and exhibits information about the landscape, climate, folklore, and history of the Seto Inland Sea region.
Miyaura Gallery Rokku was originally Pachinko 999 (Three Nine), which islanders used to frequent for entertainment, and was designed and renovated into an exhibition facility by architect Taira Nishizawa. The facade of a former pachinko parlor that has been popular with islanders for many years remains the same, while the main structure has been completely renovated and repurposed as an exhibition facility.

The museum is open only on Saturdays and Sundays. (According to official site calendar)
