Katsuyama's Ramen Shirakabe is a Chinese restaurant located in the Katsuyama Townscape Preservation District in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. Its traditional, light ramen is popular and loved by locals and tourists alike.

Although it's not flashy, it has a light soup that you never tire of and noodles with just the right amount of firmness, making it a flavor that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders.

The entrance is not at the front but at the back on the side.
