Senkichian, a hand-made soba restaurant located in Nakayamashita, Kita-ku, Okayama City, is a long-established soba restaurant founded in 1952. The carefully hand-made soba has a rich aroma, and you can enjoy high-quality Japanese cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere.
Handmade Soba Senkichian is known for its history and the taste of authentic hand-made soba. Since its establishment, it has been loved by locals for many years, and the third generation has mastered hand-made soba and further refined it. The noodles are characterized by their delicate aroma and firmness, and you can enjoy a simple yet deep flavor.

The interior of the restaurant has been renovated in recent years, and the modern yet calm atmosphere allows you to enjoy a leisurely meal. In addition to lunch, they also offer a soba kaiseki meal by reservation in the evening, making it suitable for special meals.

They serve 100% buckwheat soba.

As of May 2019, they are only open in the evening for course meals by reservation.
