Unlike ordinary yakisoba, Hiruzen Yakisoba is seasoned with chicken (kashiwa), cabbage, and a secret miso sauce. The miso sauce at "Yuyu" has an exquisite garlic flavor and sweet and spicy taste that will whet your appetite.
