Haneya's soba is made using buckwheat flour, which is ground with the husks still attached, so it is dark in color and has the rich aroma and firm texture of buckwheat. The soup has a sweet and spicy rich taste that further enhances the flavor of the soba. In addition to wariko soba, you can also enjoy warm "kamaage soba" and tempura made with seasonal ingredients.
