Uchiyama Strawberry Country is located in the tranquil mountain area of ​​Yabu City. Here, you can pick sweet and juicy "Akihime" strawberries grown in greenhouses from January to around the end of June. Akihime strawberries are less sour and are popular with both children and adults.

The strawberries are grown using "elevated cultivation" methods, so children do not have to bend over and can enjoy strawberry picking in a comfortable standing position. Another great point is that the strawberries can be eaten as they are after picking, as they are grown without using soil. The paths are also wide, so people with strollers or wheelchairs can pass through safely.

Strawberry picking is basically all-you-can-eat for 40 minutes, and condensed milk is also provided (free of charge).
