ilk＆Beans Mui The main store of Mui is located in the nature-rich environment of Onan Town. Named after the word "Mui" (nothing but nature), Mui is committed to pursuing the natural deliciousness of ingredients and bringing out the original flavor of the ingredients to the fullest. Of particular note is that they use "single-origin milk," which is rare in Japan. They do not mix milk from each contracted dairy farmer, but instead create products that make use of the individuality and flavor of each milk. Their popular cream puffs are packed with cream, and are not too sweet and rich, but have a refreshing aftertaste.
