The soba is made using traditional Edomae methods.
The soba is characterized by its fragrant and chewy texture.
The tempura is also made using seasonal ingredients, and goes perfectly with the soba. In particular, the "tenzaru" (tempura zaru) allows you to enjoy angel shrimp and seasonal vegetable tempura at the same time.
