Gambarius is a brewery restaurant located in Maruyama, Hoki-cho, at the foot of Mt. Daisen National Park. The restaurant's name is a play on the Japanese word "ganbaru" (do your best), and it serves four standard and seasonal beers on tap, including Daisen G Beer. It offers a wide variety of European dishes that go well with beer, such as stewed sausages, homemade pizza, and pasta, and is popular for its diners who enjoy a view of the brewing tanks.

The restaurant is a stylish, brick-built hall, and the windows offer a magnificent view of the foot of Mt. Daisen.

The direct sales corner also sells bottled beer and original goods, and the brewery tour "Daisen Brewery Tour" (advance application required) is also available.
