Kobe Municipal Forest Botanical Garden is a botanical garden located on the north side of the Rokko Mountains, in Kita-ku, Kobe City, covering a vast area of ​​approximately 142.6 hectares. This historic facility opened in 1940 and is home to over 100,000 trees of over 1,200 species that recreate forests around the world. The plants are arranged by continent, such as North America, Europe, and Asia, so you can enjoy a variety of trees as if you were traveling around the world. In particular, the fresh greenery of spring, the hydrangeas in early summer, and the autumn leaves in autumn are spectacular, allowing you to enjoy beautiful scenery in every season.

The garden is divided into various vegetation zones from an altitude of approximately 200m to 400m, allowing you to enjoy plants of every season.

The garden has well-maintained walking paths, allowing you to take a leisurely walk while enjoying forest bathing.
