Ramen Iida Shoten is a famous restaurant that was founded in 2010 and requires reservations. It is a calm, wooden-toned house with a counter with nine seats and a raised seating area. The signature Tori Paitan Gyokai Ramen is characterized by its double soup, which combines the rich soup made by simmering domestic chicken bones for a long time with the flavor of ma kombu and fresh fish bones. The chewy, homemade medium-thin straight noodles are well-cooked in the soup, and there are plenty of toppings such as thick-cut pork and seasoned eggs.

Every Sunday from 4:00 p.m., OMAKASE accepts orders for the following week.
