Gunma Prefectural Office Observation Hall is a free observation room located on the 32nd floor of the Gunma Prefectural Office in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. The view from 130 meters above ground is a popular spot for tourists and locals, offering a panoramic view of the three mountains of Jomo (Mount Akagi, Mount Haruna, and Mount Myogi), the majestic flow of the Tone River, and the Maebashi cityscape. The view is particularly wonderful on clear days, and you can sometimes see as far as the Nikko mountain range.

The greatest attraction of this observation hall is its easy access and the spectacular view that can be enjoyed for free. As it is a public facility, the prefectural office, you can drop in easily and there is no admission fee, so you can easily enjoy Gunma's nature and cityscape. You can enjoy a wide view during the day, and at night, the beautiful night view of Maebashi city spreads out, showing different expressions regardless of day or night. There are signs by the windows to guide you to the view, making it easy to understand where each mountain is.

The Gunma Prefectural Office Observation Hall is also a great place to take a break during your sightseeing. On the 31st floor, there is an observation salon and restaurant where you can enjoy your meal while admiring the view.

Parking is free for the first 2 hours, and 100 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter.
