This is a historic shrine in Ichinomiya, Ueno Province, located in Tomioka City, founded in 531.

The deities enshrined here are Futsunushi-kami and Hime-okami, who are said to be the male and female land deities, and are said to have the benefit of forging ties in the region and controlling disasters in all directions.

The worship hall, main shrine, and tower gate are all designated as important cultural properties.
