This is a popular ramen shop in Tottori City where all the noodles, soup, and pork are made in-house.
Menya Takeda's ramen is unique in that it uses homemade noodles. The noodles are chewy and go well with the soup.

As for the soup, the salt ramen is based on chicken bones and kombu seaweed, with the umami of seafood added.
Niboshi ramen is made by slowly simmering dried sardines to condense the umami.
