Nagoya Kishimen “Kawai-ya Main Store”

This is a long-established and popular restaurant serving Nagoya's specialty kishimen.
Founded in 1921, we have continued to uphold the traditional methods of hand-kneading, hand-rolling, and hand-cutting kishimen.

Kawaiya Honten's kishimen noodles have a slightly thick texture and are both smooth and chewy. In addition, the tsuyu, which is a combination of black horse mackerel, Soda bonito, and tamari soy sauce, also has an elegant taste.

There are 3 parking lots in front of the store and 3 in a remote location.
(There are three remote parking lots on the left at the end of the alley behind Hoshino Musical Instruments. It's further past Meitetsu Kyosho Parking, but it's hard to find.)
