Located in the center of Gifu City, Koganejinja Shrine is a historic shrine known for its blessings of financial luck and business prosperity. Its striking golden torii gate and gleaming, golden shrine building create an aura of divine favor at first sight. Many tourists visit the shrine, not only to pray for better fortune, but also to take photos of the beautiful building.

The main deity enshrined at Koganejinja Shrine is Nunoshihime-no-Mikoto, worshipped as the goddess of wealth and prosperity. Within the shrine grounds, there are many items related to financial luck, such as the golden "Money Luck Cherry Blossom" (Kinun Sakura), which is said to bring good fortune, and the "Golden Goshuin" (Seal of a Golden Goshuin) that is said to bring good fortune. On the last Friday of each month, known as "Gold Day," limited-edition gold goshuin (Seal of a Golden Goshuin) are awarded, drawing many visitors.

Parking is available in the underground parking lot at Kin Park (fees apply). The entrance is at the north exit.
