“Oibe” is a popular udon restaurant located in Omotemachi shopping street in Okayama city.

Oyobesan's udon noodles are characterized by a chewy and smooth texture that takes advantage of the flavor of wheat flour.

We are also particular about the soup stock, and the aromatic soup brings out the deliciousness of the udon noodles.

The menu offers a wide range of udon, from standard udon such as zaru udon, kake udon, and tempura udon, to unique udon such as curry udon and tsukemen.

There is also a Seikibashi store, Noda store, Gion store, and Kurashiki store. There is also a Sangenjaya store in Tokyo.
