Stepping through the noren curtain at the front of the store, you'll see the hand-making table. Enjoy freshly made soba noodles prepared by the owner in a compact space with only three counter seats and 12 table seats.

They serve carefully selected soba noodles made with carefully selected vegetables and buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture.
