Their signature dish is their pork bone soy sauce-based ramen. It's Okayama-style, combining the sharpness of soy sauce with the umami of pork bones, and the crisp, thin to medium-thin straight noodles are delicious. Other popular combinations include the "Negi Chuka" (Negi Chinese) topped with plenty of green onions, a bowl with all the toppings, or a bowl with pork or minced meat.

The restaurant is small, with only eight counter seats, so there is often a line, but the turnover is relatively quick.

If you arrive before opening, there is a sign out front where you can write your name and wait. They take your order in advance, so your food will be served quickly after you're seated.

"Udonbo Kagamino," located on the neighboring premises, is another popular udon restaurant.
