This urban theater is located in the Omotemachi shopping district. It is the only one of its kind in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, boasting a large, medium-sized, and small theaters, as well as a gallery, art salon, and 11 practice rooms. Its design intersects with "viewing" and "creation." The large theater seats 1,753, the medium-sized theater seats 807, and the small theater, with its adaptable flat floor, can accommodate up to approximately 300 people. Its diverse performances range from opera and musicals to traditional performing arts and rock music, making it easy to incorporate "authentic performing arts" into your travel plans.

Comprehensive viewing support is also available. In addition to accessible restrooms and wheelchair seating on every floor, the theater offers earmuffs and earplugs for rent, baby seats and nursing spaces, stroller storage, and written communication and communication support boards. Both the large and medium-sized theaters also feature multipurpose rooms where you can watch from behind glass, making it safe for those with health concerns or those with children.
