Located in a hilly location, this winery combines vineyards with a small winery, shop, and dog run. Using 100% European grape varieties from their own vineyards, they produce Miyoshi-made wines in small batches, emphasizing aroma and balance. The shop is open on weekends, allowing customers to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the vineyards and purchase their favorite bottles on the spot. The warm hospitality you'd expect from a family-run winery is also highly acclaimed.

The winery uses a unique method combining trellising with rain shelters, tailored to the region's rainfall and disease risk. Taking advantage of the Miyoshi Basin's climate, characterized by large temperature differences between day and night, they bring out the unique characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Noir. They've also experimented with bottle-fermented sparkling wines, whose soft bubbles have been well-received. In 2022, they received a 95-point gold medal at the IWSC (SB 2021), garnering attention.

Tastings are casual, starting with just one glass, and a three-variety tasting is also available. Non-alcoholic drinks like wine soft serve and lemonade are also available, so companions or families who don't drink wine can enjoy the experience together.
