This Japanese-style restaurant stands in the shade of a large ginkgo tree on the banks of the Isuzu River. Their mixed tofu, made every morning in an adjacent workshop, boasts a rich, savory flavor thanks to the use of domestically grown soybeans and natural bittern. Enjoy the changing seasons from the seats overlooking the river, and the building and scenery have even received a "Scenic Award." In between strolls around the Naiku area, you can savor the tranquility and flavors of Ise at the same time.

Their signature dishes include the "Tofu-ya Zen" (from 1,950 yen), which combines freshly made tofu and conger eel, and the "Anago Tenju Zen" (from 2,400 yen), which features fluffy, large tempura. Tofu lovers will also appreciate the "Mixed Tofu Zen" (from 1,450 yen).
