This atmospheric shop is located in a corner of Okage Yokocho, along the Isuzu River. Ise udon is a local noodle dish beloved as soul food for travelers, and Fukusuke's style is to coat thick, soft noodles in a homemade sauce (made with tamari soy sauce) flavored with kelp and bonito flakes. A limited number of handmade noodles are also available, and you can enjoy the flavors of Ise in a traditional atmosphere at a veranda or table seat.

The classic is "Ise udon." Other toppings include tsukimi, tororo, and shrimp tempura, and in the summer, a "chilled" version is also available. A bowl topped with Matsusaka beef is also popular. The simple, mild flavor makes it perfect for first-time Ise udon lovers.
