This gelato workshop is directly operated by Matsuzaki Farm in Higashi Ward, Okayama City. Located adjacent to the farm, the shop offers gelato made with freshly squeezed milk, primarily on weekends. The signature product is the farm's signature "Premium Milk." The lineup features flavors made with local ingredients, such as Okayama white peaches, Pione grapes, and Okayama bananas, allowing you to enjoy the natural aroma and richness of the ingredients. Another plus is the low-calorie flavor, which is free of eggs and unnecessary additives.

You can take a break on a bench and enjoy the farm atmosphere, a unique suburban experience. The cowshed is located right next to the shop.
