Omaezaki Lighthouse is a chalk lighthouse that stands at the tip of Omaezaki City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and is one of Japan's oldest lighthouses. It was first lit on May 1, 1874 (Meiji 7), and was designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan on August 2, 2021, along with the former government housing.
