"Sakamoto" is a long-established ramen restaurant in Kasaoka, Okayama Prefecture, founded in 1955. It is known as the representative store of Kasaoka ramen, and is loved by many ramen fans.
It features a light flavor based on chicken bones and Kashiwa broth. The noodles are thin and go perfectly with the soup. The toppings are simple, consisting of only Kashiwa stewed chicken, bamboo shoots, and green onions.

There is no parking. There is a free 30-minute parking lot at Kasaoka Station.
