In April 2015, the Bizen ♡ Hinase Ohashi Bridge opened, making it easier to cross over to Kakuijima.
From Kakuijima, there is a bridge over Kashirima, so you can go to the tip of Kashirima by car.

From Kakuijima to Kashirama, there are orchards, beaches, and fishing villages, but there doesn't seem to be any eye-catching tourist spots.
With the opening of the bridge, such spots may be born in the future.
However, the seaside scenery is wonderful, so it is affordable and recommended for touring and driving. It would be interesting to explore the island by trekking slowly like an excursion.
